The Theo talk, support, encouragement, and love is so important and amazing. This is one of my favorite moments from Theo’s transparency, Brendan’s turmoil at not knowing how to help, and Bryan’s earnest desire to make sure Theo knows he is supported, loved, important and appreciated!
Bryan Callen deserves to be recognized for being a real person and friend here. That may have been all Theo needed to get through something. We all need a Bryan Callen

We should all appreciate the last 10 mins of this episode. To see the genuine internal emotions of Theo, knowing that he is, in fact, one of today’s greatest, most original, comedians in the world. Seeing Bryan and Brendan get real with him and show honest concern and care was exactly what I was hoping for. Theo, we love you brotha! RAT KING FOR LIFE! Chin up homie. Life is always worth it, no matter how lifeless you may feel at times.
Everyone send up a prayer for, Theo. I don't know how he feels, but I know how suffering feels. Pray that the lord comforts him and gives him some peace here on earth. Amen.
Theo @ the end just killed me....Reason being, I listened to one of his recent relesed episodes from his podcast(I believe it was with Andrew schultz)& Andrew asked what one of Theo's life long goals would be that he'd want to accomplish. His response blew me away simply because intellectually and empathetically, Theo doesnt come across as that type of deep thinking character. Not that i didnt think he was before but Theo's truly a great person with a huge huge heart.
That aside, It was pretty obvious Brenden was feeling hella uncomfortable with that conversation but with his stuttering sentences i think he wants to help.. I know Bryan and Brenden got families back at home & I also know they have money which means they have extra rooms in the house. If it were up to me I'd tell Theo pack a bag because hes going to be staying a couple nights at my place where i could watch him, kick it, relax, and hear him out off air. Just my honest opinion.
I love you Bryan for knowing when to reach out & be helpful...Theo-EVERYONE feels insignificant and unworthy at times. I send my prayers for you guys...you guys reach so many with your hilariousness-keep on.

Relate to Theo so much. Struggled with depression my entire life. Just feel it harder sometimes than others. Bryan Callen seems like he would be such a perfect dad with how he is not afraid to open up with feelings and effortlessly makes people feel better, that he's on their side.
brendan has his own Showtime fighting podcast and doesnt know who Oleksandr Usyk is. Yet makes brian look like a complete fool for trying to bring him up...and brian was right he is a cruiserweight

He DID SAY, out of the three, he thought FURY was the best and would beat both Joshua AND Wilder. Your comment about him not following boxing is laughable, also. There's a reason Rogan has him on his mma show more than anyone else. Rogan has probably the most comprehensive knowledge across all the fight disciplines. Do you really think he's going to sit across from someone who doesn't follow fighting? Logic is your friend. Use it.

Theo it's called clinical depression & the right medication (like prozac) can really help! The black can always sneak back in but it's controllable & doesn't last forever.... also just talking about it is good.

To Theo; that feeling is the void. Everyone has a void in them, and some are larger than others. It nags at you and eats away at you little by little throughout your life. I've been aware of it since I was a little kid and when I check in with it and really feel it it sounds like screaming in my mind. Like a font of a rage and despair. The PTSD from the war made it way worse. You gotta be good to yourself and be as healthy as you can.
The VA always tries to get us vets on antidepressants to shut it up but all that does it make us addicted to them and feel even worse if we fuck it up. Best thing I've found is finding real good friends that you can talk to that actually care about you and your health. Have deep talks like you did with the fighter and the kid. Stay off drugs and alcohol and try to really really feel how good you are, and that the void will always try to drag you back in.
It fucking sucks some days but I also truly appreciate myself and my life so much more.
