This dye cost about $5-7 a box which I find very affordable. Once upon a time I used to go to salons to get my hair colored which I found crazy expensive and I never seemed to get the results I like. This dye is perfect for me and I love it!
Yes I'm messy but hey, you wanted to see how I do it right? :P
I'm not a professional but I do know that this routine works perfectly for me no matter what color I am going for.

The clip in the beginning... "indoor lighting" was the after actually (it was actually today)... but like I said it looks very dark right after washing it so I had to wait a few days to get a clip of the color.
This is what hair dye I had been using and I decided I wanted to do a crazy color and I tried to bleach it and it wouldn't strip out the color. All my regrowth was a light blonde and the rest was a dark orange even after another bleaching process it wouldn't come out. The hair dyes amazing it lasts for a really long time, but if you want to bleach sometime don't use this

have you considered just dying the roots and dying the rest of your hair with something non damaging, like manic panic?

I don't want my hair THAAAT bright. I like this color because it's more normal indoors. Manic panic is super duper little mermaid bright.
