It's a community of great people. You dont even have to play. There are games online that people nerd over and role play. It's just fun. Tabletop and building armies is quite expensive and time consuming. There are some good literature also.
I WISH I was capable of learning how to play the tabletop game, but it's SOOO complicating for me to learn everything needed to play. Also, I suck at putting models together, but I love the lore, and I really enjoy listening to 40 K stories on the Warrior Tier channel...❤
Their are guides for it, I play paradox games mostly Victoria 3/2 and Impertor Rome. Also play gregtech Minecraft. It ain’t for casual fun and requires motor function but anyone can do it really
Can confirm that is how fast 40K fans set up something once finding each other. I even found 40K players in a league of legends game and we spent the whole game in all chat talking about our armies and one of my teammates decided they were going to go get a starter set 😂😂.
