@@brainburger12depends on your body imo. For me personally even when I’m not being active at all and i don’t shower last night the next day by afternoon my hair is already so oily and sometimes itchy. So i have to shower everyday.
There are people where washing hair frequently can destroy their hair (rids of the natural hair oil) they don’t produce as much oily hair so they don’t need to wash their hair as often!
Even if you don’t wash your hair. Wash your body.

Little update for you all! Everything is doing well and i am slowly climbing my way up. It took a bit longer than what i've expected but i have my basics down.
I have my none negotiables and my two main goals for each day. I'm slowly building a solid schedule for my lifestyle. I'll give more details in the future so stay tuned! Happy 2K24 everyone! 👊

Look everyone let me lay it out for you : gym 3 times a week go up to 5 as you enjoy it more lean bulk for 3-4 months then cut if you like ordinary skin care set where tomford and valintino start a martial arts if you have the money study 39 minutes everyday and yours golden oh and just don’t cut your hair for 8 months and see if you like it
