This is why I love Igbo. When it comes to business, they're all in. You find a lot of people in buying wholesale/selling retail. But Igbo is not afraid of venturing into production, and into importation.
Be careful with that milling machine. I have seen fingers caught in it before.
Another advice is to look into powering your machines with solar, since fuel is so expensive now.

Run your business within your budget. Don't wait until you have 10's of millions before you start. Nigeria is not a place where investors are easy to find. You mostly fund your own venture.

This is a very hard job .
God will cntinue to bless you because the word of God says whatever your hand find to do do , do it and that He will prosper the work of your hands.
Moreover there is dignity in labour.
But this is just an advice , why can't you apply the use of hand gloves in every process of the production most especially in mixing.
You can even tell your friend to down togetther and build an idea together on how to manufacture a local mixing machine . It will reduce the stress of mixing and make the production fast and easier.

@@orangemoonglows2692 That's a great question. Answer - unfortunately, no. The local dairy industry is not large in Nigeria. From the little I know, most brands of butter in the Nigerian market is imported. Also, butter is more expensive. I am assuming because they are an SME, they're using margarine. Hope that helps🙏🏾
Please hands gloves are necessary for hygiene, i will continue to say is no matter the country
baking bread they do not need to wear gloves, just hand washed is very important .
