Hi Jen, I really like your videos. just a few suggestions: in Italy, when we cook fish-based dishes, we always use extra virgin olive oil. cheese should never be put on fish, not even pecorino, as it covers its flavour. when you prepare the sauce with tomato sauce, start doing it when you put the water to boil, not when you throw the pasta into the pot, in this way you will get the spaghetti cooked perfectly and they will not be overcooked. I hope I have been helpful, a hug from Italy. you are very good.

I love your videos. I love summer, but this summer has been stressful, and I find myself lying around at home now that my summer semester has ended and I'm not working as much. I think I'm just burnt out, but I want to enjoy these next two weeks that I have until fall Sem begins. It sounds like an easy fix. Just go out and enjoy summer, right? It's so hard to find the energy to do, though 😮💨.

I noticed on another channel I watch, the girl is from Finland also and she too has 4 weeks off from work. Is that something everyone gets in Finland? I live in America and we sure don’t get that here! Just curious
yes, they all get it, you need to take a vacation overseas and see how people live over there...I lived in France and they get a whole month off in the summer and two to three weeks off in the winter...nice life!
