With their self-proclaimed *PopularElectronicJazz*, they delight jazzlovers as well as fans of of pop and electronic sounds.
The music of the Linda Kyei Band is inspired by the vastness of the North, and finding new perspectives. Linda tells lyrically of longing, light-heartedness, endless nights, childhood dreams and the discovery of new strengths.
She takes us on an emotional journey through poppy groove tracks, opulently arranged electro-jazz and energetic dance sounds.
This production is characterised by the skilful fusion of classical instruments such as piano, violin, saxophone, flute and electronic soundscapes. On some tracks, Linda and producer Zbikbeat reveal their penchant for epic arrangements that invite extended walks from song to song.
