Those "sweet" deceptions mixed with my sinful desires shipwrecked my faith three years ago. Arminian theology promised me freedom in Christ but only left me dead in my works and viewing God in a false manner. Thanks be to God for His faithfulness, He is bringing me back to Himself.
I am watching all the sermons on Colossians, and so far, I have learned so much. The best explanation of Jesus as Lord in salvation have been given here. Thank you so much Bro. Lawson for your ministry and preaching. Thank you for the love that you have for the Lord, and for all those you minister to.

Mr. Steven Lawrence speaks of "sound doctrine" and not being misled by "false teachers", so what is "sound doctrine" and who are the "false teachers" that have accepted "philosophy" or "commands of men" (Matt 15:6-9) in order to propagate their falsehoods ? At John 8, Jesus tells some Jews who had listened to him: "If you remain in my word, you are really my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."(John 8:31, 32) What is "the truth" that Jesus is speaking of ? At John 17:3, in prayer to God, Jesus says: "This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God (whose name is Jehovah, see Isa 12:2, KJV), and the one whom you sent ("sent", Greek apostello, meaning "to send out on a mission"), Jesus Christ." So, coming to know Jehovah God and his "only-begotten Son", Jesus (John 3:16) intimately is what is required to grasp "sound doctrine". But how many know Jehovah God and Jesus Christ, as Jesus said at Matthew 11:27: "All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one fully knows the Son except the Father; neither does anyone fully know the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son is willing to reveal him" ? Very few, for the vast majority who call themselves "Christian" tries to hide Jehovah's holy name (that is found some 7,000 times in the Bible), using only titles such as God or Lord (that combined are found some 5,000 times in the Bible), while with Jesus they exalt him to the position as being God himself, pushing "the Holy Trinity" (along with the holy spirit as being the "third person of the Holy Trinity", though the holy spirit is Jehovah's active, life force that he used to create the universe, Ps 104:30) that is NOT taught in the Bible. At Philippians 2, the apostle Paul wrote: "Keep this mental attitude in you that was also in Christ Jesus, who, although he was existing in God’s form (as a spirit), did not even consider the idea of trying to be equal to God. No, but he emptied himself and took a slave’s form and became human." "More than that, when he came as a man (and NOT God incarnate, see 1 Cor 15:45, whereby Jesus as "the last Adam" replaces the original Adam as obedient mankind's "father", becoming a man of flesh and blood like Adam, buying back what Adam lost for his offspring, of living forever on a paradise earth in perfection, Gen 1:28-31; Ps 37:11, 29)," "he humbled himself and became obedient to the point of death, yes, death on a torture stake. For this very reason, God exalted him (as his "servant", Isa 42:1; Matt 12:18) to a superior position and kindly gave him the name that is above every other name."(Phil 2:5-9) So now, who are the "false teachers" ? Especially the religious leaders of Christendom, for they are "the man of lawlessness" that Paul brings to our attention at 2 Thessalonians 2:3, 4. These are the ones who are called by religious titles such as "Father", Pope (meaning "papa"), Reverend, Pastor, Monsignor (meaning "my lord") Bishop, priest, Cardinal. These have told their members such falsehoods as "the Holy Trinity", hellfire, immortality of the soul, the cross, purgatory, Christmas, Easter, birthdays, etc., and also who are "bed" with "the kings of the earth", the political leaders.(Rev 17:1, 2)
Thanks for your philosophical jargon but we don’t accept “Jehovahs witnesses” such as yourself into the fold. You are heterodox and your religion is made up of false teachers with false second comings and false believers again such as yourself. Thanks for hearing this sermon but you must repent and believe and recant your false religion created less than two centuries ago.

The trinity makes no sense.. Do you expect to see the Holy spirit, The Father, and Jesus in Heaven??
