Kyosho 1/12 Ferrari F40 Lightweight Version With LM Wing: Red

This is a Kyosho 1/12 Ferrari F40 Lightweight Version With LM Wing. It is painted in the signature Ferrari Red.
Since this car is a huge 1/12 scale, the level of detail is almost mind-boggling! It measures approx. 14.5" long!
In 1987, Ferrari introduced this prototype prior to the delivery of the F40 in 1988. This prototype was more of a racing version with details similar to the Group B homologation model: 288 GTO Evoluzione. Its focus was on lighter weight and being competitive on racetracks. Compared to the production model, this model is far more competitive with sliding side windows, 1 piece wheels and other details.
