      The very first design templates we made were a bit short because the reusable Starbucks cups have a little ledge or lip on it. We have updated the design so it covers to the bottom. We have tutorials showing how to align the wrap--if you stretch it slightly as you're wrapping it, it does help. Also, don't over cook the htv to the HTV Anything. ;) -TRW Pilar

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld
      @TheRhinestoneWorld  Před 3 lety

      Hey there! We don't have a video on it to my knowledge, but its simple! You will just need Bling Anything instead of HTV Anything, and then you can press the stones directly to the material. However, we prefer the look of the Glitter HTV - it gives it that extra sparkle!

    Great video!!!! After the vinyl/rhinestones are applied, do you have to seal the final cup or is it goof to go immediately?

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld
      @TheRhinestoneWorld  Před 2 lety +1

      It's good to go! Sealing with something like epoxy would really dull the shine of the stones, it would almost look like little color blops instead of a big sparkle. -TRW Crystal

    Is it possible to make this cup without the HTV under the rhinestones. Like can the rhinestones be applied onto the tape and then directly onto the cup ?

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld
      @TheRhinestoneWorld  Před 3 lety

      You could definitely just use hot-fix rhinestones and Bling Anything without the layer of Glitter HTV! We find that we like the way it looks more with the Glitter, though.

    Hi ordered the Bling Cup kit , and one bag of rhinestones . Pls advise your customers when entirely blinging a Starbucks 22 oz plastic tumbler, TWO bags of rhinestones are required. Had to stop my project to order more rhinestones, frustrating .

  • @candlesoftheearthbestcandl995

    Hey Matt hi there!!! I was wondering the same thing on where to get the cups or get them wholesale? Didn't see an answer to one of the other people on here. The other question I have is by putting that water on there and you don't wipe it off, doesn't that do anything to the cup by that water being underneath or where where does it go??? Thank you for your reply.

      With the wet application, you want to put a very minimal amount of liquid. Putting too much can have an affect on the adhering process. One to two spritzes should be enough.

      Nope! With our Bling or HTV Anything, all materials are dishwasher safe - as long as the cup is also dishwasher safe! Otherwise, handwashing is recommended.

      @TheRhinestoneWorld  Před 3 lety

      Our templates don't extend to the bottom of the cup to ensure you will have the most secure, longest lasting wrap possible. If you wanted to, you could get Flatback stones in the same shape and size and hand glue them in the empty space to create a more uniform look. 😊

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld
      @TheRhinestoneWorld  Před 4 lety

      Hi there!
      You can absolutely press hot-fix rhinestones directly to the Bling Anything Decal Material, however we find that the added layer of the Glitter HTV gives it that really "blingy" look that we love.

    I didn't think you could layer glitter vinyls, also what is the difference between bling anything and HTV anything

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld
      @TheRhinestoneWorld  Před 3 lety +1

      We have had success when layering small amounts of Glitter HTV on Bling or HTV Anything. With HTV Anything, you can't press stones directly to it like you could with Bling Anything. You can also use a variety of HTV with it, and it's a dollar cheaper per foot!

    Is the bling anything material the same as the adhesive that's used to cut out & then apply foil to it?

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld
      @TheRhinestoneWorld  Před 4 lety +2

      Nope! They are totally different. The adhesive is more like a glue that allows the foil to stick. Bling anything is more like a sticker that you can press to for decals. 😁
