After getting told off for smoking drugs on school premises, Josh is stunned and humiliated by Tom's angry reaction and, in retaliation, he spikes Tom's lunch with the drug. Unaware, he's been spiked, Tom offers to drive Kim to the hospital, following a pregnancy scare, and the pair are left fighting for their lives as the car crashes.
