Every time I hear Charlie talk about chat saying something about refresh rates or even moving it out of windowed borderless I wonder why youd spent probably thousands on a setup just to purposely not use it to anywhere near its full potential
i mean dued's a millionaire same energy as billionaires buying 10$mil cars just to let it sit in the garage and maybe drive it at 60 mph once a year dude was probably like "ayt get me the best pc set up money can buy w/e" he got a 144hz monitor but cbf to use it
if youve never changed ur refresh rate then its likely still at 60 cuz even if ur monitor goes beyond that, in the display settings on windows it often still defaults to 60. i had to manually change mine (and ofc make sure the monitor itself is set to 144hz as well)
We can reach out to them about this and maybe make a change, not by going to ubi support, but by making videos about it that might get a glimpse from them (because the devs are busy watching CZcams and doing sh*tty balancing while also changing everything decent about the game every season, rather then fixing issues like these and listening to the community

It’s also important to note that one of the siege dev teams core philosophies is “if players don’t like the changes we make that’s good”. Literally taken from the devs themselves

It’s mostly just to get rid of the “TDM” meta and slow the game down, that way the operator you choose isn’t just reliant on their gun.
