he's with bearish when he doesn't hold, and bulish when he buys, you can see it in his tone as well and when puts the charts, you can get a hint of that. example, June was a record month, so it made sense for him to mention stores busy ect, but he didn't, he did however talk about June in May, when he was still holding before it hit 5$ (where he belive he sold), hence turned hypocrite, i mean bearish

Sweden is winter country and if I have not rust it means ET 7 is a trast full car...

Stop bullshitting people with your mansplaining. Whether to use steel or Aluminium is not just a matter of cost but also strength or other properties. Every modern manufacturer uses Aluminium and Steel with varying properties to achieve desired goals. Pretty much all manufacturer use e-coating to cover all metals inside and outside. The entire chassis is being chemically treated and then dipped in e-coat and baked before painting.
So does NIO. BASF is advertising with NIO as a customer. If there is rust there must have been a problem. E.g. contaminated sheet metal, improper pre treatment and so on. QC must figure it out and fix it. Steel treated the right way can last extremely long.
And by the way. Most steels can rust - but Aluminium can corrode also. The doors of my Bimmer are made of Aluminium and I got bubbling paint on both front doors. So what?

Aluminum is corroding instead of the steal if they’re blended together. Add water and the aluminum will be the anode (sacrificial metal)
Hard to believe that Nio would not keep consistency in the quality of its cars (do not believe this ET 7 is an isolated case). I do not get how rusting after 2.5 months, or 6 months of a car ownership might appear. Looks really a BIG quality issue. Difficult to build the trust this way in highly competitive EU markets ... Definitively a kind of topic for Li Bin attention!

Changes up
All cars should go through e-coating during manufacturing to prevent corrosion. This is not fool proof but relatively new cars having this issue is clearly manufacturing and quality issue. Don't blame on the steel. This is really BS..
NIO is (or has been) using BASF e-coatings - you can google it. If it fails it means that the sheet metal surface was pre contaminated or pre cleaning (before dipping) was improper or there was even rust before it was dipped. QC must figure out what went wrong.
