I have been watching Angry Granny for several years now and I never grow tired of her accent. It was how my dad spoke too. He came from down in the hills but moved up here in the north as an adult where he met and married my mom and later they had me. It wasn't until the older generations were dying off that I realized that I pronounced many words that way too due to my father's influence of course.
My kids pronounce their words that way even less then I do sadly. That accent is a quickly fading one even though it can still be heard in various areas throughout the south. Grannie's particular pronunciation is especially a quickly fading one which is very unfortunate. Under all that comical grouchiness I figure that she is a precious granny to have 😉 Many blessings to the both of ya 🙂💜
