That's sad. I have mentioned in my review that the vibrations can be felt even at double digit speeds, but they don't become unbearable at any point. I would suggest you take it up with the Benelli service center. Where are you located?
See, I reviewed this mid-summer, 2020. Ideally it should have been BS6. But, chances are, that this was a BS4 model as this was a media unit that was being given to press even before March 2020. That said, I reviewed the BS6 502 C, which has the same engine, and there was no perceptible difference in refinement. Hope this helps! Expect 22-25 km/l in the city, and 28-30 km/l on the highways with a light hand. Hope this helps 😃
