This is something I used to have so much fun doing but I didn’t have many friends doing it or a place to practice. But now I don’t want to let that stop me from learning these skills. So I’m going to try my best and get back into it.

Im 37. When I was in my early teens I would skateboard and try to breakdance. Word of advice. Don't give up.

I breakdanced too a year ago or something, i was in a little group and learned some tricks but i didn't want to go there anymore and stopped with breakdance because i didn't have any place to learn it

Hey bro I'm 33. I still hold on to windmills as a way to hold on to my youth. I still got it.. not as fast but hey just enjoy it. And you know what I mean by 'it'
I remember i use to be able to do this but i gained a lot of weight since i was a kid working on losing weight to try again

Lol I’m the same way bro, I lost a lot of flexibility and now 10 years later I can barely even hold certain freezes, can’t open my hips wide enough on flares etc. just stretch a lot!
You need to kip up with your hips when coming back around to get more air time to catch the baby freeze again
