Hello, I'd say rare is a term depending on where you live and the availability of stock. L240 Galaxy/Vampire Pleco's are readily available here in the UK, ranging from £50 - £80. Other countries may or may not find them easier or harder to get :) None the less, they are beautiful fish :)
