ASMR quieting the noise and contemplating the unknown... with crystals! 🫧

Clear quartz crystal energy and Orca agate, was quiet, soft, and warm. I recorded this and afterword, I definitely needed it the next few days as I was editing it. The energy is healing for me even watching it, but also makes me confront some dark thoughts and contradicting beliefs that I uncover more and more of everyday. This is a beautiful part of the journey of an alchemist, someone who transmutes energy. :)
