  • I had the opportunity to chat with world-famous neurosurgeon and quantum biology expert Dr. Jack Kruse. All the way from El Salvador, Dr. Kruse dives into the many facets of water, magnetism, and light and how they drive energy flow in the body. We take deeper dives into the world of proton flow, photobiomodulation, water chemistry, and energy transduction. Dr. Kruse even gives a quantum perspective on constipation!
As always, if you have any questions, please comment below!

    About Me:
My name is Carrie and I want to help you understand your health or the health of your clients from a quantum perspective. Why? Because in spite of all the complex information you've been told, human health is actually built on a foundation of five simple things:
    - Light
    - Water
    - Electrons
    - Mitochondria
    - and Aether

Kruse leaves out one important point. He is (or was) living in a high deuterium zone. Deuterium is higher near the equator. And deuterium is higher if it filters through volcanic rock. If he is drinking the local water, rather than having it shipped in, he is probably getting some of the highest deuterium water in the world.
This relates to the problem of dismissing diet and nutrition. Some foods (animal foods, animal fat, etc) are far lower deuterium than others (carbs, seed oils, etc). And some diets (keto, carnivore, etc) are better at reducing deuterium and promoting mitochondrial functioning.
Diet and nutrition can't be separated from water, light, and electromagnetism. After all, plants and animals are lifeforms like humans that are affected by these same factors. When we eat foods, we are essentially taking in the conditions of health or disease that affected the plants and animals, along with whatever they physically took in (minerals, heavy metals, glyphosate, etc).
In addition, it would be useful to know how the water, light, and EMFs our food are exposed to while growing affects their nutritional content. The food we eat, if fresh, will furthermore provide structured water. And what about looking at food as solidified energy that might be transferred to those who eat it. Call this quantum nutrition.
Also, consider that it isn't only Kruse who is (or was) getting high deuterium water in that location. Any food grown locally would also be higher in deuterium, which would make the diet higher deuterium. Sure, more sunlight will help eliminate some of that deuterium. But there is no advantage to forcing your body to do extra work.
Kruse's dismissal of exercise is similar. It promotes mitochondrial health, which increases metabolic water. But I bet being physically active in the sunlight has further benefits than merely laying in the sunlight. All of these factors are likely cumulative and reinforcing. To isolate them is reductionist.
Exercise and sweating, for example, is another thing that will help eliminate deuterium. So, sitting there and not exercising, Kruse isn't eliminating as much deuterium as he could, not to mention his obesity indicates metabolic disorder. All that sunlight will have less benefit if his mitochondria and hence his cells aren't functioning optimally because of excessive deuterium.
That will then lessen how much metabolic water his body is producing. And the less metabolic water will mean the less well is functioning his entire electromagnetic stem in his his body. Everything at every level will be compromised to some degree, if getting sunlight will still be of some benefit.

@@carriebwellness - Indeed, I do my own thing in writings on other platforms. But I see no problem in bringing up important issues here as well. And I'd assume that would always be welcome by those seeking greater understanding and broader perspective. These thoughts are offered freely without expectation.
It's simply a dialogue we are all having. But I realize not everyone likes challenging dialogue or else prefers to focus elsewhere. My comments aren't intended for those people. And those people can ignore my contributions without my taking offensne. We are free to interact with those we find of value, with no need to judge others who interact differently.
Also, my comments aren't mere self-expression. I see this as an essential dialogue our society will have to have, one way or another. I agree with some quantum biology advocates that the focus shouldn't be narrowly focused on diet alone or whatever else. Likewise, it's equally problematic to exclusively obsess over light and such. There are hundreds of factors, equally important.
I realize that many of my comments bring up ideas, such as the close link between personal and public health, that most aren't yet prepared to talk about. Quantum biology is in a similar position. But that isn't any reason to not start now among those of us who are ready. My comments here are open invitations and they will remain that way.
Maybe tomorrow or years from now someone will read my comments here and want to engage. They are seeds planted. I do think that this kind of thinking is the future. All we can do is to prepare the soil, and then patiently wait for interest to grow. But I feel confident that this is the direction public debate will take over the coming decades.
By the way, I just realized that CZcams had switched off notifications for comment replies. So, for a while now, I didn't know about any responses, such as what you wrote here. I wasn't ignoring you or others on purpose. It was only after switching notifications back on that I saw another person respond to me here and then I noticed your comment. I'm sorry to leave your comment hanging all this time.

From my understanding, he talks about the geography of certain places specifically in regards to sunlight power density and magnetism. When looking at these two things it is ideal to be closer to the equator along with powerful sources of geomagnetism like the crater in the gulf of Mexico or near volcanos. Proton flow was dealing with proton concentration in the body namely mitochondria.

Fascinating overview of quantum biology and why our lives literally depend upon it. Even though "Uncle" Jack's rapid-fire communication style is a bit much, I do wish I had stumbled upon his work-- and you, too, Carrie--5 years ago when I was put on the supplement glutathione (for mold toxicity) that Jack says here has brought in tons of money for functional docs and "paleo guys" but causes "collapse" of the electric pathways in the cell--yikes. Same for the years of melatonin I was told I needed but that Jack says causes "huge problems" if taken for more than 3-4 weeks. Sheesh. No wonder I still don't have my strength back. Good news is that I've found the quantum-and circadian-health folks and am feeling great improving my "redox potential" by changing my light environment and reducing my exposure to non-native EMFs. Plus, getting light on my skin and in my eyes early in the morning then throughout the day just feels amazing in July where I live in the Northeast US, though it's no El Salvador.

    • @carriebwellness
      @carriebwellness  Před 3 měsíci +1

No one truly says nutrition and mineral status don't matter. Light is the foundation, so it's the main focus of conversation and teaching in quantum health-in my clinical practice, it makes a far greater difference and more quickly than just doing things like changing your diet. If you change your diet but your light environment is terrible, you won't be getting the foundations yo uneed. However, it doesn't mean you can eat terribly and not expect to face consequences. Food is ALSO a light signal. It's connected. I teach this in my work all the time.

Kruse tends to bring out a lot of theories, and they can't all be correct. He's kind of guessing a lot of the time.
That's not to say that he is wrong, but at some point you need to test these ideas to see if they are possible.
I say self test these ideas and see if they work.
I'm more impressed with researchers like Dr Richard Johnson who actually tests his theories in lab...

I tend to trust more those who do research. That is the problem I have with his dismissal of diet, nutrition, and exercise.
I might give his view more merit if he actually engaged with more researchers who are experts in those fields. But he has repeatedly said he refuses to engage with such experts advocating other views.
It seems to me that he is narcissistically stuck in the role of guru. He wants deference and praise, not to be challenged or daresay be treated as a mere equal.
Nonetheless, much of what he says is fascinating. And I do trust it to the degree that it overlaps with the work done by researchers, such as Gerald Pollock. But speculation, however intriguing, is dime a dozen.

@@MarmaladeINFPthe one thing he can’t explain is that if you are nutritionally deficient, what is his answer for how to replenish those levels back to optimal? Makes absolutely zero sense. Then he will talk about the hadza tribe and how they were given a poor diet and their microbiome was still great. He says it’s because of sunlight, when in reality their microbiome was probably so strong from the food they ate then when they ate junk, it didn’t make a dent because it was as optimal as can be. He misses a lot of stuff and just tries to revert everything back to light. He’s right with a lot of stuff, but don’t tell me you can just eat junk and sit in the sun all day and be healthy.

@@SauerkrautX - Kruse falls into the same ideological trap about which he blames others. It's standard projection. His accusation is that diet and exercise advocates ignore other important factors like light. That is true in many, if not all, cases. But then he ignores these other factors, dismissing them in ignorance without understanding them. And this dismissal has carried over into the views of his followers who repeat his mistake.
To make matters worse, he has stated refusal toward talking with other experts who know more than he does about other areas, from diet to exercise. He is prone to the smart idiot effect, in thinking he knows more than he does. Smart? Yes. But also an idiot outside his field of expertise. He should be more humble, curious, and open to the expertise of others, specifically those with expertise outside of his own knowledge base. But that would mean allowing himself to be challenged and being open to changing his views.
Someone like Mary Ruddick, a nutritionist who has traveled the world, could enlighten him about diet and nutrition in particular. She has personal experience with and professional knowledge of the Hadza and many other traditional populations. The Hadza tribes still on their traditional diets are far healthier than those who have been forced to adopt an agricultural and hyper-processed diet, even when they still have high levels of sun exposure, low EMF exposure, etc. Following in the footsteps of Weston A. Price, she is simply confirming what was long ago proven.
There are tons of experts (Eric Westman, Tim Noakes, Ben Bikman, Georgia Ede, Chris Palmer, etc); and investigative journalists who cover diet (Gary Taubes & Nina Teicholz). We now have more than a century of research on the keto diet alone. It's proven beyond a doubt in scientific studies and in anecdotal evidence that diet is one of the most powerful interventions available. If the details have yet to be worked out, that diet matters is no longer a point of debate among the informed.
When Kruse denies this undeniable fact, individuals who have improved their physical, mental, and neurocognitive health through diet will understandably dismiss what he says. Between what people know through their direct experience and an arrogant opinionator on CZcams, they'll tend to go with the former. That is doubly so when actual experts in nutrition studies can detail the mass of evidence.
That is the problem with Kruse having taken on a guru status in refusing to talk with anyone who won't give him deference. And so that is also problematic that so many of his acolytes continue to bow down to him, in not challenging him. His behavior is sometimes rude and immature, such as his consistently demeaning interviewers to assert alpha male dominance. Related to this issue, Kruse has stated that those in his inner circle have to prove their worthiness and that, if they fail, they'll be ejected. He doesn't see others as his equal.
Such behavior is not only arrogant, egotistic, and likely narcissistic (as hundreds of other commenters have noted in various videos of him). More basically, his behavior is anti-social, or what Weston A. Price would describe as poor moral health. It's interesting to note that Price specifically correlated moral health to nutritional health, in terms of diet. Those who had the most nutrient-dense diets, especially in respect to fat-soluble vitamins, were more friendly, kind, easygoing, tolerant, forgiving, etc.
This is a blindspot in the typical articulation of quantum biology. It's not merely about whether diet, light, or whatever affects health. As or more important, the greater consequences are psychological, cognitive, social, moral, and behavioral. For this reason, in numerous comments on quantum biology videos, I've emphasized the relationship between physical health and public health: behavioral immune system, parasite-stress theory, sickness behavior, conservation-withdrawal, regality theory, shit life syndrome, etc.

Warning, strong opinion ahead. I read everything, even things I disagree with, because I find nuggets of truth in the most unlikely of places. I've read Dr. Kruse posts/blogs, forum, watched his videos etc. and I understand what he's explaining and I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that he puts in enormous efforts to overcomplicate things. His use of the word quantum is completely unnecessary and IMO is for the soul purpose of making you say "whoa, this guy knows stuff!" He appeals to peoples ego because wow, we're learning about "quantum biology!" Then he talks in circles for hours to convince you that he has some magical keys to health yet at the end of the discussion he's said nothing specific. I challenge anyone to ask him "specifically, what should I do in order to get optimal health" and watch him wiggle around uncomfortably and never answer the question. He says he refuses to "dumb it down" for people. Why Dr. Kruse? People are sick. Understanding these concepts that you're discussing requires the drive and motivation and intellectual capacity of a healthy person. Are you aware that sick people can have brain fog and be terribly apathetic and lack what it takes to understand how mitochondria interact with light on a "quantum level?" Give me a break. Even if they were healthy they might not get it. Dr. Kruse in my opinion has proven himself to be more interested in convincing people that he's a health God instead of actually helping people. I feel I'm accurately describing him when I say he's a "false prophet of the health world," there's truths to what he's saying but he's not going to lead you to the promise land.

I understand what you're saying, but in a few videos I've caught the essential message: Connect to nature, be out in the sun, with bare feet to the earth, seafood for DHA and DC electric current, cold therapy and methylene blue for mitochondrial support, eat locally and in season. Be in harmony with nature, that is the essence of his message. So why does he go into quantum physics? Simple. Because us humans tend to be so attached to "modern living" that it takes a comprehensive theory of compelling biological mechanisms associated with being connected to nature. We've all heard, "go outside its good for you" but what Kruse does is "Go outside, it's SO good for you, and here's the god damn quantum physics to prove it." THAT convinced me to go outside more. But to those who don't need convincing, who don't need quantum physics to grasp the message, it's very simple in essence.

Yes. He is brilliant. And one can learn from him. But his knowledge is narrow to one specific area, such as being undeniably uninformed about diet and exercise. That is not only incompetence but also smart idiot effect.
His own health problems indicate he could learn much from other experts. We can all learn from each other. The moment one thinks one has all the answers is one is in trouble. So, sure, listen to Kruse. But realize he might be wrong about more things than he is right. Discernment is required.
As for another point, his overall views aren't as unique as he thinks they are. If Kruse were open to other views, he'd quickly learn that his views of decentraliztion are also common among health advocates in other areas. It really has nothing to do with quantum biology, per se; particularly in terms of his right-wing take on it.
Furthermore, many diet and exercise advocates have for years spoken of other contributors to health, including such things as light, EMFs, water, deuterium, and much else. Quantum biology is not required to realize these are important. Even a purely mechanistic view of health can support such understanding.
