I am a ghanaian and i think travelling to Ghana and knowing no one won't help you. If you don't have any job offer from anyone i will advice that you don't come unless you are ready to sell your body to make money.
Accra is expensive but not the whole of Ghana.
Surviving in different country sometimes is not easy. If u see the kind of work ghanaians,nigerians who travel to US and other countries do, u go shock.
