I went to my chiropractor to see if he could do the physical test to see if my PCL was torn(I didnt know via MRI it was torn at this point) he pushed on my tibia to do the test and I got a throbbing searing pain in my knee. The laser therapy helped me out allot but was a temporary fix a few days, I suspect so will the Epidural my post surgery MRI said I had inflammation around the surgery site I hope this helps. I did take Celebrex a few weeks before my Epidural to help with inflation with little to no success. So it's looking like I'll need therapy and time to heal from my laminectomy. Good luck

Even at equal wavelength, a very strong laser ("Class IV) produces much heat and cannot be kept in firm tissue contact. This causes a lot of relection and loss of power. Strong lasers have a place in PBM but only within their limitations.
Hi , You can combine certain things for symptoms relief. hot pack, gentle stretching of neck muscles and laser. Best if done once you wake up in the morning and before going to bed at night. Good luck

650 nm cheap laser pen light 100 -200 mw works great.
Cheap laser pens do not do anything beneficial...It is all in your mind. Only a true pulsed laser will work and they are not cheap.
