2:38, hit right there 🤣 I've found using the mutes on macros also really useful for building tracks and dropping stuff in & out. Make it really quick to busk ideas out.

To answer your question: yes you’re #1 ;)
Quick question: for those drum loops, do you just retrigger the drum sample with the sequencer every time it comes around, or is there some setting that will automatically loop a drum pad after I press it?

You do both; change to note on, set loop, and release. Or just record it in

Hi, maybe I'm doing wrong. But for me is not working. I created a new mute target pad in a drum track following your tutorial, but when I push for the first time It will mute only the first beat. How can I make it permanent until next push? fw: 3.1.3

Yep, that's right; remember this is midi data, so it responds to key presses not audio. Basically, your muting is cutting off a key press.
