GLUTE WORKOUT! | how to grow your glutes + easy workouts for beginners

Hope ya'll enjoy this video and it can help you guys out if you're just starting out, or looking to just grow your glutes in general!
I usually lift heavy, but I decided to take a small couple week break from the gym, so this was me working myself back into it without overdoing it.
Some of my favorite leg exercises I go to- to build the booty, are: deadlifts, squats, hip thrusts, lunges, and hip extensions. Doing these workouts alone I assure you will grow your booty!
