The way this movie was supposed to come out in theaters in 2019...
Yes, Tony Gilroy was bought in to do further edits or reshoots after poor test screenings. Nevertheless, the subsequent test screenings yielded similar results.
Let's see how the final product turns out.
@@mayukh9536 yes - hopefully it turns out good - heavy reshoots and delays are usually bad signs - miracles can happen.
I never knew this until recently - but the Firt Bourne Identity has a troubled production but turned out ok.
So there are times it does work.
Rogue one (which actually also had Tony Hilton on reshoots) ended up being good (IMO)

No matter how many movies I've seen about 'Is she crazy or did it all really happen?', I still love these kind of movies.
I've literally just watched it and its great. Really interesting premise with a lot of questions raised. 10/10 n i hope u enjoy

@@4deleDaz33m Original book is "It had to be murder" on which Hitchcock based Rear Window. They even kept the word window on the title to avoid plagiarism accusations but apparently they've done a really bad job at it.

@@arunmunagala8333 they had only about 5 days of reshoots, not a full month or a full year of reshoots. Also Joe Wright said they only changed the ending because the test audience were confused by the ending. I hope it'll be good

The twist was not really exciting, i kind of predicted it already but maybe because the trailer showed too much and some things are too cliche or maybe i have just seen too much weird movies lately so... I mean it's entertaining but it lacks the umph factor.
