Hazrat Yaqoob (AS), known as Prophet Jacob in English, is a significant figure in Islamic tradition and is honored as a prophet and patriarch. He is the son of Hazrat Ishaq (AS) and the grandson of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS). The Quran mentions Hazrat Yaqoob in various contexts, highlighting his lineage and the challenges he faced, especially in relation to his sons, including the well-known story of Hazrat Yusuf (AS).

Hazrat Yaqoob (AS), jo ke angrezi mein Prophet Jacob kehlaye jate hain, Islam ki taleemat mein ahem shakhsiyat hai aur unhe ek nabi aur qabila ka baap ke taur par izzat di jati hai. Wo Hazrat Ishaq (AS) ke bete hain aur Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) ke potay hain. Quran mein Hazrat Yaqoob ka zikr mukhtalif wazeh maqamat par hota hai, jisme unki nasab ki zikar hai, khaas karke unke beton ke saath, jisme Hazrat Yusuf (AS) ki mashhoor kahani bhi shamil hai.
Hazrat Yaqoob ko sabr aur istiqamat ka namoona samjha jata hai, khaas karke unke pyare bete Hazrat Yusuf se lambi judai ke doran. Unka gehra ishq-e-ilaahi aur ilahi hikmat par bharosa Quran mein bayan hota hai. Quran unhe mushkilat ke samne sabr ka namoona aur un insan ka tasawwur karta hai jo mushkilat mein Allah ki taraf rujoo karta hai.
Unki zindagi hamein sabr, Allah ke plan par bharosa, aur rishtedariyon ki ahmiyat ke husool ka sabaq dene ka zariya hai. Hazrat Yaqoob aur unke beton, khaas karke Hazrat Yusuf ki kahani, maafi, sulah, aur mushkilat par imaan ki fateh ka gehra sabaq deti hai.
