That is a really Nice Home for $603,000 . I like that it is Block/Stucco. The Bedrooms good size, and the Laundry on the second floor so convenient. The H.O.A. has a lot to offer.

Hey Daniel! I couldn't agree more. I was surprised once they told me the HOA amount. Also its a huge perk there is no CDD.
Side note: DR Horton bought this land 16 years ago.... Meaning they got it for a very affordable price and just waited for the boom to happen

It’s a beautiful home however the finishes in the master bathroom are cheap, the staircase is not iron spindles and so on makes the house look like a fixer upper
