While I was visiting Sarajevo one of the locals told us that there was a Burekdžinica where if you asked for Burek sa sirom (Burek with cheese) the baker would've just added cheese on top a regular Burek.
Sadly he isn't around anymore.
Its called sirnica.

@@cxtabsBurek with meat is called burek, burek with cheese is called sirnica. When you go to Croatia or Serbia they call it burek with meat or burek with cheese, even tho burek is only with meat and it cannot be with cheese so burek with cheese makes no sense. There is no conflict it's just a joke
