Located on the shores of the homonymous lake in western Trentino, it stands at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites and the Paganella massif, at the eastern end of the Adamello-Brenta natural park.
The park, the lake and the privileged access to the peaks of the Brenta Dolomites, through the Valle delle Seghe, have made it a renowned tourist resort for more than a century. Among the illustrious guests were the King of Belgium Albert I, the poet Antonio Fogazzaro, the engineer and explorer Umberto Nobile, the writer Alberto Moravia.
The Italian Touring Club has awarded the town of Molveno the recognition of the orange flag for the quality of its hospitality and tourist services.
Situato sulle rive dell'omonimo lago nel Trentino occidentale, sorge ai piedi delle Dolomiti di Brenta e del massiccio della Paganella, all'estremità orientale del parco naturale Adamello-Brenta.
Il parco, il lago e l'accesso privilegiato alle cime delle Dolomiti di Brenta, attraverso la Valle delle Seghe, ne fanno da più di un secolo una rinomata località turistica. Tra gli ospiti illustri il re del Belgio Alberto I, il poeta Antonio Fogazzaro, l'ingegnere ed esploratore Umberto Nobile, lo scrittore Alberto Moravia.
Il Touring Club Italiano ha conferito alla località di Molveno il riconoscimento della bandiera arancione per la qualità dell'accoglienza e dei servizi turistici.
Розташований на березі однойменного озера в західній частині Трентіно, він стоїть біля підніжжя Брентських Доломітових Альп і гірського масиву Паганелла, на східній частині природного парку Адамелло-Брента.
Парк, озеро та привілейований доступ до вершин Брентських Доломітових Альп через Валле-делле-Сеге зробили його відомим туристичним курортом протягом більш ніж століття. Серед іменитих гостей були Король Бельгії Альберт I, поет Антоніо Фогаццаро, інженер і дослідник Умберто Нобіле, письменник Альберто Моравіа.
Італійський туристичний клуб нагородив місто Мольвено помаранчевим прапором за якість гостинності та туристичних послуг.
