- Hi guys thanks for the interest in these videos. Have had a lot of request for more regarding the new MAC 9 DS from Tisas so will try to put out more videos soon. Today I cover magazine fitment regarding the Springfield Prodigy DS mags made by Duramag. Let me know what you wanna see next!
STI works great too
any feed issues with the springfield mags? i have 4 20 rd staccato mags im gonna try at the range here this weekend. thinking about getting the springfield ones so im not running my stacc mags in the DS
Great question! Hoping to do a review soon but recently moving into a new home. So my staccato mags works great without break in periods. But the Springfield mags definitely needed some using. After a few failure to ejects and feeds they work great now 👍
I can’t hear sheet!
Where did you get the gun from?
Battlehawk Armory. They do shipping too 👍
@@metalj5150 thank you
New at this still so audio is not the best with me messing around with the crackling plastic lol. But to reconfirm because I got some more questions. All mags in this video that were black is the Springfield Prodigy mags made by Duramag. The 2 shiny silver mags are the stock mags that came with the MAC 9 I think made by checkmate.
It seemed that you had to push really hard for it to fit
Yeah but only on a closed chamber. I’m not usually doing that. I like to reload on a locked back slide but I did it to show whoever else does the mag insert on closed slide to help. Only one that gave me more resistance was the 20 round loaded. I suspect this could be from the Magwell also. So might do another fitment video with it off. Thanks for watching.
Prodigy mags don’t work with tissas so don’t try to push it in
Both STI and Duramag works with Tisas but you will need to slam it in and it will chamber. Best thing to do is to put one less round in each mags and it will go in smoothly for some reason.
@@junlorenzana4493 obviously if u have to force the mags in something not right!!!! The best thing to do is get the right mags
Prodigy 20 round mags seat just fine in mine.
Wait a couple of years to buy one... give manufacturers time to make some holsters for them.
Staccato holsters work just fine
Oh my God dude. Been on this piece for about a month. How and where are you guys getting these?
Checkout Battlehawk Armory. They do shipping also.
