- We have an incredible video for you today. If you watched last weeks video you may have noticed a gentleman walk up to us towards the end. That is actually who we are helping today. He had a bad accident with his back and the doctor's said he probably would not recover. It’s really amazing how God set this one up. His yard has gotten a bit out of control and has some trees that need to be removed but due to some severe medical issues he and his wife are unable to handle it. We offered to help and I’m so glad we did. So if you’re ready to watch us attempt to pull a tree out the ground with a truck, hear this man share some personal and touching details of his story and see us make a new friend then you are tuned in to the right place.

Ok - I just have to say how much it makes my heart smile to see these boys learning how to work “SMART” - as a retired teacher - I have often thought that kids were not being taught to work and certainly not physical labor - this, is just too cool💗💗💗. And, while all of the boys work well, it’s that youngest one who uses logic WAY BEYOND his years and seems to be more like Dad!!!! Thank you Justin, for doing what YOUR DAD did not do for you and for being a role model for the younger ones who will take over where we left off ❤
I'm a retired teacher too and the young boy is impressive. He doesn't need to be told what to do . His instinct tells him naturally . For me , he was the star of the show , today . I love his question: Dad, who did work the hardest today. Dad didn't know what to answer to favor opne boy over the other but he could have said : Well, for one , I'm proud of you . Yhis boy have a promissing life in front of him. I wish him all the success he deserves.

Justin: Tell your client that I know just about exactly how he feels as my body has the basic same problem. There are days that from my neck down my body is in complete agony, but you try to carry on.
Tell your client that I live by an old saying that I believe he will understand.
"I thought I had it bad because I had no shoes, until I met a man that had no feet".
The inference of that is no matter how bad you have it, look around someone has it worse. You and your boys do a great job of helping those that require help, good to you and your boys.

I found if I use a chain for pulling tree roots it works a whole lot better.

But you have to be careful- if it breaks it could whip around and kill you. We use recovery straps now for all our pulling
I have a heavy duty chain that pulls the roots right out of the ground. It's not flexible like the strap. Great job cleaning up the property! It makes you feel good when you can tackle the more difficult cleanups! Your sons are ambitious for their age. You can tell they're well trained which is a good thing! He is definitely a go getter. All 3 boys are hard workers. And the youngest one can’t wait to start helping his dad and brothers.

I cannot believe you are not using a tarp save so much time that can be used doing other things. You just put the brush on the tarp as you go. I have two properties I have to take care of it is a lot of work I try to save every step I can. I love your videos your family I enjoy watching someone else working for a change. You have a lovely family a joy to watch you your wife are doing an excellent job you are blessed.

Was it a crape myrtle? It was beautiful, I would trim it but leave it there.

I can relate to this gentleman. Climbing cliff face, i stepped out on rock ledge. Due to pebbles, when i brought second foot over & down, it caused to act like rollers. Fell 15 feet & sat on Boulder. Bounced off and hit ground. Shattered 3 vertebra. Worried about walking again. God was good. They repaired and showed no damage to spinal chord. Other than pieces hitting chord causing nerve pains. Most went away but thankful and grateful to walk. ❤ Walking is healing in itself.
Water in trees/ shrubs to be removed. I learned by experiment to drill wood and add weed poinsoning. It will kill out the roots. 😊
The roots still pull in the weed killer like water and feed roots.
