if u want u could learn some airtricks on your 1990 arm, like handhops, L-kicks, powerfreezes, air freeze, or more positions, this will help your control on the arm and 1990 will be easier

ive been doing backspins like that to learn how to get my head to the ground but i've also seen tutorials that say tuck your head and look at your left biceps for CW

you spin on your head kinda like a headspin? if yes you should try to go down faster... instead, if u just wait more on your head I think is not a problem :)
I dont do any workout :)
only stretching and powermoves! and a little bit of yoga sometimes.. and if I have time I go to run sometimes
some days for the windmill.. and some days for the munchmill, but i practiced them when i was ready and i learned many basics first :)
I learned windmill after 1 year of dancing, munchmill after about 2 years :)

just try to improve your headmill by doing it higher and faster all the time, and barrel windmill will come naturally :)
to continue flare: be sure to continue kicking and land your arms fast!

- mantain your hips high
- always kick hard with both legs, even when you are going from your head to your back... because many bboys kicks hard just when they are going from the back to the head..
