What power steering pump brand did you get ? I can’t justify 750 for a new oem one. And is toot new pump still doing okay ?
Great video! For those with a 2006-2008 GT with the stock single exhaust setup, you have to remove the bracket that holds the pulley you have to remove in order to get the old pump out/new one in. There is no space to pull it out otherwise and trust me I tried everything haha. There is 1 bolt below the pulley and 2 above it you need to remove to get said bracket out. Hope this Helps!

Hey bro, when you flush the power steering fluid, do you do it like have to service manual says? Where you have to unplug the ignition coils and crank the engine while turning the wheel?

That is the motor mount, it’s a weird design for a motor mount, I hate it lol

Because the pulley is in the way to do the two other bolts

@@JohnnyGT Hey bro, might sound like a stupid question, but basically mine when the engine is cold is okay, but a few minutes of driving I feel like the power steering seems to stop working. Is this what was happening to you? Or does this sound like mine is about to go out as well?
@@flincabagnot8163 your fluid is shot. You need to do a flush and fill it up with new fluid
@@JohnnyGT I already did. I flushed it out 4 times till the coolant was the color of the fluid.
@@TwoInfinityAndBeyond coolant? You need to flush out your power steering fluid, you said your power steering was malfunctioning right?
