I love this; this approach and the gray areas of life that she is tackling is not only just the beginning of real change, but the promise of a better world. And it applies to soooo many problems in our world, where people are trying to fix the laws to fix and make people behave in areas where they need healing and deliverance. Thanks for sharing!

Absolutely! It's important that we see this complex issue as a health care concern rather than a criminal justice issue. Thank you so much for engaging!

Frfr, I was registered to vote ina high-school assembly 1993, by Jesse Jackson. It was like the entire senior class. I attended Montessori assa child, and you're reading in extremely literate and able to express myself. The catch is, the war as it continues, is on-going, and those involved face the same day challenges, as that young mother. It is my religious duty to share, but the legal system limits, what I can actually type.
What the speaker in this video said, touched my heart, as I've seen this recently in my life. I've seen it in my family. Only God's grace has given me the ability to share this, in my kitchen, rather than from a burner phone, in prison. The events on earth associated with this issue, which is top3 concerns of half the population, has left me/us with ptsd... And the nastiest taste towards enforcement. As I'm typing this, I'm still in shock that ppl actually behaved the way they did, collectively, and then went on, about their business. It was the most insensitive event in my entire life, and totally legal. It's a shame. So yes, I've never missed one voting opportunity, since Bill Clinton, and I feel it's all been in Vain. I live in Blk Atlanta Georgia, and that means absolutely nothing. MLK turned over in his grave, b4 in the early 80s.
I believe ppl are comfortable with the idea that we can choose what we purchase, but so uncomfortable that ppl still starve, that they All, we ALL, look for some addiction, to save (take us) away, from the thought.
I hope this made since, I'm not proofreading and will share on my social media.
That's the most I can do, publicly, but thank God, I'm here in the trenches for those going through it.
      #bless

I love this and I hurd it as an advertisement. I would like to just add one thing and that is. As a mother I can see how impossibly difficult it would be to ask for the slighted help in even starting to get clean cause the min you do and put things on paper that you may have an issue your kids are the first thing taken from you. So most moms I know that do have an issue keep with there issues so that they don’t loose there children. I can see how that would only increase your problems due to depression or lack of responsibility cause your children are no longer with you and there for you keep in the same cycle system of abuse. Something needs to change. We need to stop trying to Penalize Those moms that are asking and trying to get help by taking there kids or putting them in jail. It’s wrong, so very very wrong.

For-profit prisons need convicts and drug addicts are perfect candidates. From the laws to charge and the judges who sentence it's the recipe for making money.

will only work when the money is taken out of the condition but as long as there's money to be made in the jailing of people the war on drugs will continue

Yea one sided like normal? What about all the farther that have to go through it to getting locked up plus child support on top of it and can't even see there kid all good still? IF a man is owed child support he does not get it and has to pay at the same time and does not get his taxes and it's not all case of Drugs. It is said in the Best entrust of the child so what that means is the best entrust of the $? Great more Discrimination that should fix it all?
