Your equipment is impressive though, and you have that thumb controlled handle of some sort, that's unique, I haven't yet used that type of thing connected to that airway tube with temperature cord attached or a sensor attached.

Like the new Intro! Great review! My hospital is finally purchasing the V60 and this video will help with training! Concerning the Ti/Ttot is there a % where you try to keep it at? By manipulating the I-Time right?
Ideally 33% for non-obstructive patients. Less for obstructive. You can manipulate the Ti, but with non-invasive, you don't have much control. The patient controls most of the I/E.

A possible problem:
Putting in ST is like having on SIMV
Putting on PCV is like having them on ACVC.
If you want consistency in Vt using PCV is great. It's my first choice if we are trying to avoid intubation.

Yes. The backup rate will activate only if the patientxs resp rate falls below it. For example. If a BR is at 10..that is a breath every 6 seconds. If the patient has period longer than 6 seconds between breaths, the BiPAP will give a backup breath.
Hi doc! Comments are disabled on your bag valve mask so I thought id come here. Would you use a BVM for angina, cardiac arrest and myocardial infarction or would u use a reservoir mask?
You would mostly likely use a nasal cannula or non rebreather. Thanks for the question.

Good question. I haven't seen many or any textbooks on waveform graphics. A critical care respiratory therapy text would be the closest.

There's something that pops up in my mind as an idea. What if aside from the moon reflection there's planetary interconnectivity brought about by the space current in relation Earth atmospheric current wherein as the Carbon elements excessively deposited under Earth were stimulated by a stimulus because the exact Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide were exchanged in gas exchange, a particular stimulus by either nature or science could bring into space the over excess Carbon Dioxide as message courier moved by science thing interaction while the extra Carbon Dioxide deposit unmoved yet at the Electron transport chain ground effect and by the soil Compliment system as negative reserves which makes the Carbon Dioxide a vessel messenger or courier for other purposes in its layers from Earth to Space and vice versa, meaning if the over excess Carbon Dioxide have other usage than creating bonds underground for element minerals chemistry creation then could it be that as those Carbon Dioxide goes out in space to some other planets via space current with coded messages then Oxygen could also have been ferried into this planet Earth filtered by the Science difference per areas in space, a Gas exchange in space where those extra gases could have been processed and stored after being segregated and coloured according to properties in space gases.
Hello, What is the difference between SMMV mode and SIMV mode?
They are very different. SIMV guarantees a set resp rate. SMMV guarantees a threshold minute ventilation. I would argue the most support would be with SMMV and SIMV would be better for a quick vent wean.

I wonder what's in the consoles of the Regulators and Controllers governing the atmosphere specially the layers protecting the Earth from outside effects. Of course what I'm saying now is quite far fetched with regards to the topic per se but what if the Element numbers can be tweaked to mobilize them and initiate their effects in the Compounds to break them or not for functional purposes and another is the management of Cloud formations where to shield and where not to shield by speeding up water cycle or delaying water cycle by temperature adjustments and wind mobilization to their pathways of course spiritually they are Angels meaning unique code usage for their movements, and also the management of the Krebs Cycle by Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide exchanges adjustments by fungi numbers manipulation and by the use of other Elements that can either increase Carbon absorption into the ground and decrease and Carbon release from the ground by manipulating matter effect and gravity effect by mass release or absorption in those matters and by the use of anti- gravity polar string effect to manipulate gravity to release Carbons in the atmosphere or absorb Carbon in the ground by maximizing Earth gravity by controlled heat of it's inner core by the use of unique wavelengths specific to that something like that like Science, Nature and Spiritual Manipulation as functional purpose effect to adjust the air and oxygen we breath as well as reinforcing the outer layers of Earth surface something like that sir.
