Julia Parker you'd be surprised, the opposable thumb is the function that allowed humans to make and operate simple tools, so impaired function would be pretty taxing on everyday life
especially if your job requires you to have all your fingers operational! Imagine a surgeon who can't hold the knife!

Tbf to ps, he puts a lot of work into the production behind his videos. I'm sure there's a lot of makeup/hair cutting ect that went into the making of this video.

Hey @Phoenician Sailor, long time listener first time caller; I've been a fan of yours for awhile and I've definitely made use of your content to help me sleep, relax, and work. I appreciate the time you put in for us and I hope your schedule will have space for more uploads in the future, but please always take care of you and yours first! I do want to make a request; I love "The Wasteland" and all of T.S. Elliot's work, and I'd love to hear you do a recitation, or perhaps a roleplay based on one of his smaller poems; I was thinking it'd be pretty easy to do "Portrait of a Lady", with sounds from a hat, some fake flowers for the lily stalks, some of the dialogue lifted from the poem.
Regardless if you do any of that or not, love your content man, thanks for doing what you do!

I saw that podcast. Other thing he's doing that he mentioned was he has alot of parts ones that don't have part twos. Last 2 videos have been part twos.
I really enjoy the effort put in to the visuals and props! A lot of asmr videos I watch are mostly audio-oriented, which is fine, but this was a nice change of pace :)

You're right. I'm grateful for all of the effort that the ASMR creators put into their videos. As I produce GNU+Linux/Free and Open Source Software videos, I know how time consuming that video production is - and my videos are nowhere near the quality of this contributor's.

True story: I am currently battling pancreatic cancer, and I reside in an assisted living facility. A while back, I told the nurse about some edema in my feet and ankles. She made an appointment for me at my doctor's office. The doc sees me and asks me why I think I have a demon in my feet! Bewildered, we finally realized that the nurse had misunderstood what I had said!!!🤣🤣🤣
