I live in Singapore and it’s quite affordable here. Most places charge $1 per strand and usually do a 1 for one deal so you’d pay $150 for 300 strands which is all you need for shoulder length mid density hair

It sounds great at first, but I don't think it's good for the hair if you put 4-5 times more weight on it. Plus they take it off by cutting with blade which can be very DANGEROUS considering the probably of tiny mistakes happening during the process

I got this before😢 but i dunno of the ones i got were too much but they were heavy and not easy to run my fingers thru my hair. Alsoooooo when the took it off the use a blade to cut the rubberband, which left my hair ultra thin for some reason because i think the blade sliced off pieces off my existing hair and yall it was the worst year of my life had to wait till it all grew back

I tried this once before and there will be so much of your hair falling out when you remove them. When they braid/tie the extension to your hair, it was really painful because there’s so much pulling/turning they had to do on every few strands of hair. And for someone who naturally had unruly curly/wavy but conform to any shape/moulding type of hair, it was a nightmare, so I chopped it off. I instead had to wait for my hair to naturally grow long a year later 🤣

This was huge in the md 2000s. I'm a big fly fisherman and tie my own flies. We use a lot of rooster saddle feathers. Before the feather hair extension craze, this was pretty much the only use for these rooster feathers. The hair extension craze did wonders for the fly tying hackle industry. these chicken hackle farms were making a lot of money suddenly, and put a lot into genetics and getting the perfect feather for hair extensions....which also meant better feathers to tie flies with. Now, these farmers were already working on better fly tying feathers, but the hair extensions really accelerated it.
It's really died off though. I mean, they still sell a lot to that industry, but mostly it's back to a fly tying industry and not a hair extension industry😂

I live in San Francisco, so im sprinting to google a location that I must do this, maybe in Japan town?? Im part Asian how hace i not heard of this yet? I lost about 60% of my seriously thick lustrous hair when i lost weight too fast at 55 lbs in 3.5 months then having covid 2x in 2 years caused all the women in my family to also experience hairlpss.
