I understand your frustration but there are a few options for you.
1. Mactools.com I know it sucks to get warranty but it is better than trying to warranty through Amazon. 😆
2. Find out if there is a rep you can meet
3. Recruit someone that wants to take on the Adventure of being a Mac truck owner. Possibly even yourself. You can get 100% financing for the truck and initial inventory. All is needed is a few months operating expenses to get you started. I used some savings and some home equity to accomplish this. Know anyone? Have them contact me, i'd be happy to talk to anyone about it.
