Has free speech been weaponized for stifled?

The idea of who benefits from the First Amendment has always been contentious, and sides have shifted with the issues of the time. Today, some liberals believe that free speech has become “weaponized,” and used mostly for the powerful, while conservatives believe free speech has become stifled, especially on college campuses. The panel discussed how free speech has been used - and politicized - across history, and who benefits most from it today.
