I've been in the body field for over 40 years doing custom body and paint. I would hire this guy in a NY minute. Very few guys get what it takes to do Candy, and he is spot on ! If I had a guy like that when I had my shop I would have never closed the doors. Quality guts are so few and far between.

I love this guy and his energy. His personality is the exact opposite of Sprayways but both their work is great. The only two guys I watch on CZcams I’m an old white guy that loves candy paint, any color will do but I do love some Brandywine and Magentas. An 80’s paint job with several candies over a coarse aluminum would be badass.

True "Kandy" Kolors have either a silver or gold basecoat. I prefer silver because it always looks so much cleaner but it's a personal choice. 1 of my paint jobs wound up in a magazine.

I changed the look of my truck. Painting the 2 tone front quarter panels and rear wheel flairs was the most stressful project of the build. I can't imagine how you do it!!!
I had a fan like that in the hallway of my house when I moved in. It was built in 1960 in Ft Lauderdale. It didn’t come with a/c but when I got home and it was hot in the house but nice outside, I’d open windows and flip it on for 2 minutes and the house would be cool. They’re amazing.
Vaseline is a real painters friend. I use to spray lacquer on cabinets for a living. We would stick our finger in it and put them in our nose and cover our bodies because it got through the mask as vapor. Your nose hairs would collect paint on them.
Absolute artisan do you know how hard it is to do this work I’m an airbrush artist and just to spray ANY CANDY PAINT is a pain in the ass cause you need the right mixing ratios and the right carrier to mix with the different pigments! Buddy your frekin amazing the color is even and just jaw dropping stunning! Your the definition of artist!!

YO YO MY FRIEND, Spray them floors w water and keep em wet, that will stop any dust from blowing up off the floor and dust will stick to the floor better if it's sprayed with water b4 you start. ABSOLUTELY GOOD LOOKING WORK 👌 👍

I saw that the fan creates good flow and caused the door to close, but that's because there was a way for the air to get in. You need air to get in, so it can get the stagnant air/mist out. You need a clean air intake. Anyway, awesome paint job.

A helpful hint. You need to open a window or a door at the opposite end of the room from the fan to achieve flow through ventilation. The fog was getting pretty thick in there
I love watching all your beautiful paint jobs. I read that all those paint fumes can actually be absorbed by your eyes. I hope you will wear a pair of goggles that seal tight around your eyes.
Well I'm not going to hammer on ya I'm going to tell ya that nothing impresses me more than a person with alittle paint shop that kills these paint jobs! Yes you can spend hundreds of thousands on big paint booths and not get results like I see here and chances are if you had one of these big expensive paint booths your jobs wouldn't be this nice cause it's not what your accustomed too! Keep up the good work live the colors!
Yea it’s needs a couple more coats of candy it’s too light and other than that make sure you’re drinking plenty of water I was painting in the same environment and had to go to the hospital I got overheated so be careful
You went crazy on this. But there is always someone on comment sitting on the damn sofa never held a spray gun and think they can make it look better. The result is crazy looking, do you have video of this in daylight after it was completed? Probably looks wild!

Not true! Painter by trade here, wear a respirator. Also, you can use a full face respirator, think first think safety!
