    Q. Do I need headphones to listen to this recording?
    A. No, you do not need headphones. The messages have been embedded in a variety of ways, ensuring they can be absorbed either with or without headphones.
    Q. Can I listen while driving or when I’m at work?
    A. No. You should refrain from doing anything that requires concentration such as the operation of machinery or driving.       You can listen to this whenever you can, as long as you’re not doing anything stressful like driving, or operating heavy machinery. I listen to this at work a lot because it is a stressful environment. Or I listen when I’m at home doing some chores (:

    Can I listen to more subliminals in diferent times? Or should I listen to one for a couple of days/week/weeks till I'm finnished? I'd like to listen to more than just one subliminal message per day.
