It is a happy ending if you think about it. Even though she loved Jk, she knew she didn't have long to live and helped him to be with the one he loved. So she died knowing that he's taken care of and he's happy with his love. Jk and Jasmine will never forget what his best friend did for them. They'll probably name their first baby girl after her 😉😁

Recently not so recently but before almost 7 months I saw a ff where this same thing happened n difference is jk n yn is in relationship n truly love eachother but there's a girl who like jk or can say love but she' has a disease n had only 1 year left ....but she wanted to marry jk at any cost so she ask for her father to help her n now jk father also started forcing jk to get married to that girl 😢 now yn is going to study in foreign n jk is marrying that girl when yn come n ask him to divorce her coz it's only being 1onth to their marriage but jk refused
In the starting jk hate that girl but after seeing her Caring side he starts loving her n later after 1 year she died after giving birth to a baby n jk take care of it .... yn marry tae at end n jk stay single coz he still love his ex wife 😢
This is the only difference between yn n other female in ffs where yn ready to sacrifice when she knows she had limited time 😢 she didnt get involved with jk n let him marry another women but when it's other female they always snatched jk is they like him even if he's in relationship with yn or not 😢
