sir what is the meaning of vector quantity and scalar.quantity vector quantity and
scalar quantity only has magnitude (speed) while vector quantity has both magnitude and direction (velocity)

@user-hr2xd4fy9w distance cannot be in negative because the minimum distance is 0 which is also known as rest..so the distance can only be calculated when an object moves and obviously object cannot moves in with respect to negative distance
