Some of the celebrities that appear in this video are: Max & Paddy (a couple of doormen), Shaun Ryder, Bez, Brian Potter (lazy owner of the world-famous Phoenix Club, as seen on TV), Ken & Dierdre from Corrie, several three-foot tall members of the Bolton Wanderers Hooligan Squad (they beat up Max & Paddy in Phoenix Nights), Mr. Blobby, Ronnie Corbett (one Ronnie), Jimmy Saville (he fixed it for us), Tony Christie (he doesn't know where Amarillo is...) and Michael Aspel... amongst others. - Hudba

Ronnie Corbett falling off the travelator is one of the funniest things I've seen! Classic 'man slipping on banana skin' and guaranteed a laugh anywhere by anyone. The whole vid is a total laugh/sing-a-long with your mates from start to finish. Class.

Ah yes. The year was 2005. I was 10. This song was both a) stuck in my head for a good year or so and b) the source of my renewed Mr Blobby trauma.
C) Mine was that this video introduced me to Jimmy Savile, obviously being a millenial his shows were no longer on TV and I had never seen him before. Newsround used to show the clip of him extensively everytime they did a story on the video..... cringe 😬

My dad loves this video and so I watched it a lot when I was a kid (17 now) and both this video and song hold a lot of nostalgic value to me. It's so good even if I don't know half the people in the video haha

he was relating how ronnie corbett fell and parkinson was so shocked. then the only person who went to help ronnie was the director but he couldnt lift corbett up as he had just broken a shoulder...corbett was on the ground sayng'help me help me' but they had to finish the sequence. all said corbett wasnt too hurt and they all had a good laugh afterwards
