- This yoga class is an all-levels relaxing slow flow designed to help you chill out at the end of the day. We'll move through a 30-minute full body practice, opening up the hips, hamstrings, chest and shoulders. Ending with a 5-minute guided mindful breathing meditation, you'll be left feeling completely calm and grounded.

This was probably the best bedtime yoga class I have ever had the pleasure to practice. I loved that you provided stretches for the entire body, including the toes and the neck. The guided meditation at the end had me feeling so deeply relaxed and anchored in the present moment. I will definitely be coming back to this practice in the future, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is feeling too keyed up to fall asleep.

This is my favourite session so far i do it almost every day, sometimes in the morning. This is the most calming “speed” for me, and release the tension every part of my body and spirit. Perfect👌🏻

Very calming addition to my long morning yoga practice. Don't do evening yoga but find many sessions which indicate they're intended for later in the day are conducive to gently waking the body when first up and in need of gentle stretching,.

i don't typically comment under videos, but i have to say that your channel is by far my favorite and every day go-to channel for my yoga practice. i love how you incorporate so many variations to standard posses + use more unique positions that differ from the majority of yoga flow videos here on youtube. your channel has truly stood out the most to me. not only that, i'm always learning something new from your videos whether that be a new position, a meditation technique, or an insightful philosophy. keep doing what you're doing because you're doing great! looking forward to more yoga sessions with you :)
