Sorry about the confusion-warranty status is usually indicated in the owner's manual. However the booklet is often held by the bank along with the other unit documents and only released upon purchase. So we can not definitely say if a unit still has an active warranty. If there is no clause in the car's purchase agreement prohibiting the transfer of warranty, and the previous owner did nothing to void it (such as skipping PMS), then it is quite possible that the buyer may enjoy the warranty of a less than 2-year old unit!
