It was also his final point of the match - I guess at that moment she realised she needed to kick it up another gear :D
Well he should have downplayed his skills :) that way the win by yassiri would be more believable haha . No way Adam would give those points in a USATT tournament :)
That was suuuuuuuch a high level. And that "outside the net" point Yasi did when she was very close to lose the set was ouff. Adam you improved soooo much your technique. Starting at 3 points and not at 6 or 7 like before shows how big improvement you had.

Adam is hilarious! My dad saw him in Las Vegas in 2009 when Adam dressed up as Santa Claus and said “ho ho ho” after every point! 😂 He was with my uncle and they both said it was the funniest thing ever, everyone was laughing!

Yasiris forehand is absolute insanity, any angle, any time, with unbelievable power and accuracy, so consistently. And those shots at 9:30, absolute insanity, the speed and accuracy! What a joy to watch!

I've seen a few of your videos Adam. This was the best. This is the first time I saw you going all out to win. Yasi is a dazzling player and personality.
I loved learning about this amazing inspiring person. Yasiris is just all round fabulous and it's so fun to watch you two together. Adam whenever I watch you I am always looking for 3 things, the snake, ofc, the counter offensive, and the round the net shot. I am happy because today I saw all three. Bonus points for the 'net snake' :D The best thing is after watching you two I just had to pick up my bat and go play to try out some of what I saw.
What a gorgeous lady. I was actually hoping that you would both win. I wanted an Adam win to get him in the next table tennis book as he's an awesome ambassador for the sport. This is pretty cool, I like to see a success like this! I'm in no way good at ping pong, but once I started to work for a public middle school here in Brooklyn, NY. I noticed they had old, unused tables, and had a spot for instructor in the after school program in the building. I immediately asked for a position and started the ping pong class of our own. I thought students the basics, give some tips, and let them practice and learn together, as I'm not a pro myself, we had a lot of fun, I saw the improvement and usually quiet kids getting competitive. It was so good to see a balanced interest from girls and boys. We have a small group, but it's a lot of fun. I'm happy to see some one spreading the joy of this sport here in schools.
You should consider joining Yasiris as a coach. She's hiring!
@@AndrewMao I don't believe I qualify =) I'm nearly an amateur beginner . But it good to know, it's a great sport, I was glad to step away from the basic basketball and soccer in the schools and provide on option to our students.
@@IIMinDStealeRII It's not so much about your skill level as your ability to mentor and work with students. Plus Yasiris trains all her coaches personally so you'll get better.

@@Collector731 not that they wouldn't work, you have an example right on youtube that they work, it's just that at the top level you hardly get a ball suitable for snake shot
@@geronimoapache6457 one in ten or fifteen is something everyone in table tennis would say doesn't work. Consistency is most important, it's a last option when ball goes down, under the table and you didn't quite make it there.
Yasi, if you're reading this, you should come with Adam to North Texas! My cousin and I will sometimes mess around playing ping pong, but I would love it if you and Adam would come and play ping pong with us. Also, you and Adam should do a lot more videos together. I love the connection between both of yall! This video reminded me that not all in life is bad. Seeing the pure joy on your faces made me cry because I have been in a tough situation, so thank you!
Official sport competitions don't give such experience such discoveries about people participating in them. You Adam make a great thing, you are showing us the other side of the Moon. Actually when I learned how to play table tennis when I was a teenager, trainer told us that the ball should always fly above the net when getting to the other side (be higher than the net).
So we considered balls flying aside from the net like here or under the net (lower than the net, from under the table) fails!
For me, that's an 'out'...
