How to Measure for a Sports Bra! ~ How to Get the Right Size Sports Bra!
Start with the rib cage measurement, then add 4 inches to that for your band size (ex. 28" rib cage = 32" band)
Then measure the largest part of your breasts, keeping the tape measure level. Subtract the rib cage measurement from your breast measurement (ex: breast measurement is 34" - the 28" rib cage = a 6" difference).
The baseline cup size is AA at 3"... each inch after that is a cup size! 4" = A; 5" = B; 6" = C; 7" = D; 8" = DD; 9" = E, etc.
