Currently the other most influential central bank is the Federal Reserve Bank which also is 100% private. Just like these most central banks in the developed world "Europe, USA, and Canada" are private.

So why did Thomas Jefferson & Andrew Jackson’s hate central bank ?
Simple really, by charging interest on the money they lend out they are transferring wealth from the poor to the rich. Unfortunately most of the poor borrowers don't see how much of a problem this is because they get something they want right now (like a house, for example) making them feel richer than they actually are. If this continues then the rich will get richer while the poor get poorer and the poor won't see the problem until it's too late.
I think the king's relationship with Jesus may be about the people just borrowing the king’s money with the misleading parties.
