Hi Dipika, I am from Gurugram where this concept kinda originated 1. Use a smaller matka, preferably kullad, to pour tea 2. Heat the kullad super super hot. That can be better done on an angithi or a upla. But still you can manage to do it on the gas but heat it really really really very well
