This was a lot of fun to watch, Mridul. 🙂 Btw the pasta you had DID NOT have any maida. It's made with durum wheat which is something like semolina or suji/rava. And yeah you should always leave the baking to Aditya. 😂 It's all about measurements and precision, you can't wing it. 😅
